Delete Elements from Diagram and Model

An element might become inappropriate in a certain context, so you would want to remove it from the diagram in which that context is represented. It is also possible that the element becomes unnecessary in the model as a whole, so you would want to delete it altogether. You therefore have a number of situations under which you would 'delete' an element:

  • Just from a particular diagram
  • As a member of a group of elements to be removed from a diagram
  • From a diagram and from the model at the same time
  • Directly from the model, through the Project Browser
