Advanced Properties

The 'Advanced' tab displays the advanced properties of the element (where they exist). You can reset the values of these properties.

Access

On a diagram or in the Project Browser, select an element and:

Ribbon	Design > Element > Properties > Properties Dialog > General > Advanced
Keyboard Shortcuts	Alt+Enter > General > Advanced
Other	Double-click on element : General > Advanced

Set a value for an advanced (or custom) property

Step	Action	See also
1	Click on the data field to the right of the property name.
2	Depending on the property, either: Type the value in free text Click on the drop-down arrow and select the value from the list, or Click on the button and search for the required value
3	Click on the Apply button.
